Who We Are

Held in Limbo is an advocacy initiative focused on the human impact of indefinite bureaucratic delay. We highlight real cases involving passports, citizenship, identity, and freedom of movement.

Why This Exists

The foundation was born out of lived experience — after years of documented administrative delay without resolution. What began as one case revealed a widespread, underreported issue affecting individuals globally.

What We Are Not

Held in Limbo is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee outcomes. Our role is advocacy, education, and visibility.

Lives on Hold

These stories represent real people whose lives have been stalled by administrative delay. Names and identifying details may be withheld for safety and privacy.
